You’re asking me will my love grow
I don’t know, I don’t know
You stick around and it may show
I don’t know, I don’t know

There’s something beautifully timeless about the Beatles that seems to speak to that something inside you you thought no one could ever get at. They’re special to me because I don’t think anyone else my age has a tenth of the number of songs I have in iTunes (courtesy of ripping my father’s CDs) but at the same time, you don’t have to look very hard to pinpoint them as one of the most memorable bands in modern history. They’re something I share with nobody and with everybody.

For this reason I’m actually pretty excited about the Bootleg Beatles coming to town this November. It’s not always I go with my father to watch something, and quite frankly I didn’t even know what they were before this, but now that I do I can’t believe how awesome it is that I’ll be the closest I’ll ever be to watching a live Beatles concert~~
